Comenzaron trabajos para emplazar un monolito en honor a Ricardo Iorio. Será en el sector de el mirador del cerro ventana. Una iniciativa en conjunto entre estado y prestadores turísticos. Esta semana, comenzaron los trabajos de puesta en valor de uno de los sectores mas visitados “El mirador del cerro ventana” donde se emplazará un monolito para homenajear al canta autor y emblema del metal argentino RICARDO IORIO. El mismo estará ubicado en la ruta provincial 76, Km 224.
Esta iniciativa, se realiza en conjunto con Vialidad Provincial, Municipalidad de Tornquist y Prestadores del Mirador del Cerro Ventana. Precisamente, las personas que ofrecen sus productos artesanales en el lugar, entendieron que sería muy emotivo, resaltar y recordar la figura del músico, vecino de nuestra comarca.
Ricardo, en su extensa carrera, hizo mención de toda la región en varias de sus canciones, notas radiales y televisivas y destacaba siempre el lugar que eligió para vivir. Inclusive realizó varios recitales en el Club Unión de Tornquist, siempre con su lado solidario. Se efectuó un estudio de campo para realizar el trabajo, que no solo es el levantamiento del monumento sino también la puesta en valor de dicho sector.
Todo es supervisado, por personal de Vialidad y del Municipio y dicho proyecto fue tramitado y autorizado por Vialidad Provincial en La ciudad de La Plata.
