Nueva disposición para la Asignación por Embarazo: ahora es obligatorio hacer un trámite presencial en la Anses. La norma publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial no abarca a la totalidad, sino las mujeres desocupadas, que son monotributistas sociales o trabajan en la economía informal. El Gobierno nacional dispuso que un grupo de embarazadas debe realizar en forma presencial ante la Administración Nacional de Seguridad Social (ANSES) el trámite para obtener la asignación correspondiente.
A través de la resolución 1273/2024 de ANSES, se precisó que las personas gestantes, cónyuges o convivientes registradas como monotributistas sociales, en el Régimen Especial de Contrato de Trabajo para el Personal de Casas Particulares, o trabajadores que conserven la cobertura de la Obra Social por tres meses después del cese laboral, deben presentar las solicitudes de manera presencial en las oficinas del organismo.

Por otro lado, la norma establece que se consideran presentadas las solicitudes de aquellas personas que ya hayan acreditado su estado de embarazo en el Programa Sumar, que administra el Ministerio de Salud. El artículo 3 señala que «las demoras en el envío de la información sobre el embarazo por parte del Ministerio de Salud no son imputables a la persona gestante, su cónyuge o conviviente. En estos casos, ANSES liquidará la Asignación por Embarazo incluso si el nacimiento o la interrupción del embarazo ya se produjeron».
Además, la resolución establece que «durante 180 días desde la entrada en vigencia de la resolución, mientras se gestiona un nuevo convenio de intercambio de información, las embarazadas que no estén registradas en el Programa Sumar, deberán presentar las solicitudes de manera presencial». Asimismo, se precisó que «para solicitar la Asignación, se deberá haber acreditado ante ANSES el nacimiento, defunción o interrupción del embarazo de la asignación solicitada previamente». (NA)
