El Gobierno de Axel Kicillof recibió este martes a los gremios docentes en una primera reunión paritaria, y aunque la expectativa estaba en recibir una oferta salarial para el inicio de 2025, lo cierto es que no hubo propuesta.
La reunión, que se hizo en horas de la mañana en el Ministerio de Trabajo, previa a la de los estatales de la Ley 10.430, no arrojó una cifra concreta y solo el compromiso de las autoridades de convocar a un nuevo encuentro a la brevedad. Según fuentes sindicales informaron a agencia DIB, los representantes de los maestros plantearon la necesidad de seguir recuperando lo que se pierda por inflación, que en los últimos meses fue a la baja.
En ese sentido, en la previa a la reunión, María Laura Torre, secretaria adjunta de SUTEBA, reconoció que a principio de año el sector recibió “un recorte muy grande de salario” con la quita del Fondo Nacional de Incentivo Docente.
“Sabemos que la Provincia está en una situación complicada, pero vamos a pedir la recomposición de nuestros salarios para elevar el poder adquisitivo de nuestros compañeros”, dijo.
Tras la reunión con el Frente Docente, las autoridades recibieron a estatales de la Ley 10.430 y leyes especiales y a judiciales. Esta primera reunión se dio tras el último acuerdo del Gobierno bonaerense con los gremios: una suba de 8% en dos tramos (4% en octubre y 4% en noviembre).
En principio en diciembre no habrá ajuste, ya que desde la Provincia ya tienen confeccionado el pago del medio aguinaldo de los estatales que comienza a abonarse desde este viernes 20. Es por ese motivo que se esperaba que el diálogo apunte a una mejora para enero, a pagar en febrero, aunque habrá que esperar a una próxima reunión que no se sabe si llegará este año. (DIB)
