El 90% de los contribuyentes tendrá un aumento reducido en la Patente Automotor. El director ejecutivo de ARBA, Cristian Girard, destacó que casi el 90% de los contribuyentes bonaerenses verá un aumento del 13,8% en la Patente durante 2025, significativamente por debajo de la inflación estimada. Además, quienes estén al día con sus pagos podrán acceder a descuentos adicionales del 15%, lo que podría incluso reducir el monto nominal respecto a 2024.
Mediante un comunicado, la Agencia de Recaudación Buenos Aires (ARBA), señaló que en un contexto donde la inflación proyectada por el REM alcanza el 35%, se busca fomentar el cumplimiento fiscal con bonificaciones por buen contribuyente, como un 5% para quienes no tengan deudas y un 10% por pago anual anticipado. Como ejemplo, indicó que un vehículo que pagó $73.873 en 2024 abonaría $84.067 en 2025.
Sin embargo, aplicando los beneficios disponibles, el monto podría reducirse a $71.457. Girard resaltó que esta política promueve la justicia tributaria al premiar a los contribuyentes responsables y priorizar el uso de los recursos recaudados en servicios y obras públicas. También subrayó la importancia de avanzar hacia una recaudación progresiva frente a políticas nacionales que, según él, favorecen a grandes sectores concentrados.
Otros detalles de la Ley Impositiva 2025:
Impuesto Inmobiliario: Se mantiene un tope de aumento anual del 28% para propiedades urbanas y rurales.
Ingresos Brutos: No habrá cambios en las alícuotas, lo que continúa aliviando la carga fiscal de sectores productivos.
Régimen Simplificado: Beneficiará a un millón de contribuyentes sin ajustes en tributos como Sellos y Transmisión Gratuita de Bienes.
La iniciativa subraya la intención de reconocer a los contribuyentes cumplidores y fomentar la equidad tributaria en la provincia. (InfoGEI)
