El Banco Central restringió el uso de tarjetas de crédito y débito. La medida comenzará a regir desde el lunes 16 de diciembre y serán las entidades financieras y las empresas que procesan pagos con tarjeta quienes deberán negar esos servicios a aquellos que figuren en la lista de “contribuyentes no confiables”. El Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) lo dio a conocer desde la Comunicación “A” 8144/2024.
Alli se establece que las entidades financieras y los proveedores de servicios de pago (PSP) que cumplan la función de aceptar el pago con transferencia (PCT) adquirencia y/o agregación o subadquirencia no podrán dar tales servicios de pagos a comercios y demás personas humanas o jurídicas que figuren en la “Base de Contribuyentes no Confiables” de LA Agencia de Recaudación y Control Aduanero (ARCA).
Según indica la medida, las empresas deberán consultar esta lista de forma periódica y bloquear los pagos de quienes estén incluidos en ella. Los comercios también se verán afectados, ya que no podrán aceptar pagos con tarjeta de estos clientes. El Banco Central restringió el uso de tarjetas de crédito y débito
Los incluidos en esa base están restringidas por la detección de irregularidades que no han podido ser verificadas o confirmadas por ARCA, la ex AFIP, por ese motivo, se limitará el uso de tarjetas de crédito, débito y otros servicios hasta que se resuelvan esas irregularidades. Aquellos usuarios que estén en esta lista y deseen regularizar su situación para volver a pagar con tarjeta, deben hacerlo mediante una Presentación digital, ingresando al trámite “Estado administrativo de la CUIT. Reactivación presencial”, en ARCA.
